Monday 27th - Thursday 30th January 2025
We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming conference, focused on teaching the Old Testament Law and the Pentateuch, specifically designed for women who are teaching the Bible full-time, part-time or doing it all in their spare time. This year, we’re diving deep into this often-overlooked section of the Bible, and we’d love you or the women in your church to be part of it!
Why focus on the Pentateuch?
Every year, we explore a different biblical genre to help strengthen your understanding and teaching of Scripture. Last year, we delved into the New Testament Epistles. This year, we turn our attention to the Old Testament Law, - from Genesis to Deuteronomy - to uncover its richness and relevance to today.
Why attend this conference?
Teaching the Pentateuch can be challenging. You may have studied parts of Genesis and Exodus, but may not have ventured into Leviticus, Numbers, or Deuteronomy. This conference is designed to help you connect these books and understand how they fit into the Bible’s overall narrative. You'll leave the conference equipped with the tools and confidence needed to teach from these often misunderstood texts.
What will you gain?
● In-depth Bible Teaching: Experience engaging expository talks on Exodus and Numbers led by seasoned Bible teachers Anja Schmidt and Rob Mullock. Both have over 15 years of experience in local church ministry and have authored Bible study resources on the Pentateuch.
● Sharpen Your Skills: Participate in small group workshops focusing on passages from Numbers, where you’ll prepare a talk, share with others, and work together to unpack the text.
● Personal and Spiritual Growth: Expect to be spiritually nourished and refreshed as you dig into God's Word with other women involved in ministry.
● Networking and Support: Build connections with other women in ministry, share experiences, and pray together throughout the three days.
What to expect:
● 2 expository talks from Exodus
● 3 expository talks from Numbers
● 3 hands-on workshop sessions on Numbers
● A range of seminars and a Q&A panel
● Opportunities for fellowship, prayer, and encouragement
